Reservations & Payments

Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee availability. If the requested dates are available, confirmation requires a prepayment of at least one (1) night via bank transfer. The reservation is considered final only after the deposit has been received.

Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in time: after 13:00
• Check-out time: by 11:00
• The check-in day is charged in full, regardless of arrival time.
• If the guest fails to vacate the room by 15:00 on check-out day, a full night's charge applies.

Cancellation Policy

• If cancellation occurs at least 21 days in advance, the reservation may be rescheduled (subject to availability).
• The deposit is non-refundable, unless cancellation is due to "unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances".
• Special discounted rates with immediate payment are non-refundable under any circumstances.

House Rules

• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is prohibited in all indoor and outdoor areas.
• Guests must act respectfully and avoid causing noise or disturbance to other guests or staff.
• Parents/guardians are fully responsible for supervising children.
• Valid ID and a credit/debit card in the guest's name must be presented upon check-in. The provider reserves the right to deny service if these are not provided.

Contract Termination

The provider may terminate the rental agreement early if the guest:

• Violates the Provider-Customer Regulations (effective 01.04.2025)
• Uses the room or premises for illegal activities
• Jeopardizes safety or disrupts the smooth operation of the hotel
• Uses fraudulent documents to obtain accommodation services
• Fails to check out at the agreed time (11:00 a.m.)

In such cases, the guest must vacate the room immediately, and is still liable for full payment of the reservation.

We collect and process your personal data (name, contact info, ID details, reservation info) solely for:

• Managing your booking
• Complying with legal obligations

Your data is kept confidential and is not shared with third parties. You have the right to access, modify, or delete your data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
