For any reservation, the rates are according the period and the days of staying.

Cancellation Policy:
21 days prior to arrival, is 30% of total stay.
Non show fee (non arrival), is 100% of total stay.
Late cancellation, 3 days prior to arrival, is 50% of total stay(except for 1 or 2 nights reservation is 100% of the stay).
